Refund policy
All products sold by Calgary Office Furniture are custom, made-to-order items. As a result, all sales are final.
Once an order has been confirmed, approved, and finalized, it is immediately released into production. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds after this point.

By completing a purchase with Calgary Office Furniture, you acknowledge and accept that all items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work directly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue in accordance with their warranty and claims process.
Order Accuracy
We encourage clients to contact us with any questions prior to placing an order. Our team is happy to review specifications and provide guidance to ensure selections are correct before production begins.
